Bayside Realty Group, Inc. was founded in 1997 by George and Sally with the purpose of providing high quality real estate brokerage service in Florida's Tampa Bay region.

George Bodmer, REALTOR, ABR, e-PRO, is a native of North Dakota, served as an officer in the US Army from 1960-69 and owned and operated a retail fishing tackle shop in Colorado. He entered the real estate profession in 1977 and has assisted hundreds of people with selling and buying homes and real estate investments. Besides brokerage he is experienced in new home construction and sales as well as management. He served as the 2005 President of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and has served as a Director for both the Florida and National Associations of Realtors for several years. George has also served as chairman for numerous Greater Tampa Association committees as well as being a member of many of the board committees. George has been a guest speaker for numerous organizations on topics related to real estate and the changing climate of real estate.

Sally Bodmer, REALTOR GRI, ABR, e-PRO left Ohio for Florida in 1964. She was very in involved with Girl Scouts, sports and other like activities as well as being an AVON representative. A Realtor since 1978 she has also helped hundreds of people with their real estate needs and has garnered many awards and recognitions for her high volume of business. She is an accomplished real estate trainer and coach and has directed many Realtors to a successful career. She is also active in her professional associations and was recognized as the outstanding committee chair at the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors in 2003. She was the 2009 Vice President of the Greater Tampa Association and has served as Director of the Greater Tampa and Florida Association's of Realtors for several years as well as being the chairman of numerous committees.

George and Sally work together directing the affairs of Bayside Realty Group, Inc. Their long tenure in the community and the real estate profession enables them to provide excellent real estate service. They have both become proficient in the short sale arena and the company has closed hundreds of homes in the recent declining market.
